Questions on Affinity, Links and Form

Affinity equates to Team Spirit?
Links equates to how well they fit in the system?
Form is peaks and slumps?

Which is more important and what effect does each have?

I would think...affinity/TS is movement and shooting?
Links=pass accuracy, interceptions, etc?
Form is an overall boost or degradation of all ratings?

I don't think affinity affects team spirit. Players with high affinity should be easier to resign with new contracts. I have understood form same way as you have and I don't know what links is.
