No freethrows for offensive fouls when the team is in penalty situation. That's the NBA rule. Lose ball fouls and defensive fouls are the only fouls that will make your opponent go to the freethrow...

Agree. Aggressiveness to the basket should be the key into getting to the freethrow line so often and not the ratings.
