Those 0-100 tendencies are definitely all decoded.
I'm not sure, if there are any other behaviour flags (like GoesTo3PTLine or PlayInitiator), though.

Because i don't have a PS3, and nobody decided to be serious in helping me to test that... it is actually partially supported, but since some of the parameters are mishandled by RED MC and i can't...

PS3 DCs are not supported. Actually, they are with a Beta version, but about 10-15% of parameters are loaded and eventually saved incorrectly.
I'm still waiting for some reports from Beta testers.

If you have the Modder's Interfaces license, you can also try to hold Ctrl and double-click on a cell, which stores color data. This will bring the "pick a color" dialog up. I believe, what is better...

Actually, this is not hard-coded, but things like fans gear and mascot are stored in team_xxx.IFF files, which are not editable on consoles.

You should:
1) Have the "Additional File Types" license purchased and activated.
2) Have not only Params.SFO, but also USERDATA file in the same folder.
3) Decode USERDATA with Bruteforce Save...

All the info is in the first post, as always.

That option is available since the initial release. It is just named differently. Take a look on the Fields&Values Tutorial for 2K14, Arenas section.
