I was able to do it with Unity EX and just editing the resource.asset file. It will export the file as a text file and you can swap the names in and then import it and you are all set

Snooping around on the PC files, Justin Thomas had the highest skill rating (.95). I was able to change the via modding though and add in missing pros like Tiger and Rory

Madden 96 is now available and this would covered the inaugural debuts of the Jags and Panthers + the final season of the Browns till 1999.
