the Giants call it the nascar package and they only use it during obvious passing downs or when they are up and the other team has to trow almost all the time! Again it works as a package not a base...

For the people that talk about needing time...well yea thats true and the same thing for real life....if a team is sending a big blitz of course you cant pump fake! Hence why you dont see real qbs...
