I discovered it was because I was using Play Now. It worked exactly as you said In Franchise mode. Sorry for the confusion and thank you so much for your help.

Where? The only options I'm given are for presentation mode, Broadcast, hybrid, and fast-play. Under that is Quick Counts on or off. Last is number of innings. I see no other option. Please help.

There is MLB Network and the other one we've seen shown off a lot. It used to be on the screen when choosing innings and quick counts. Now I don't see it there. Can you not choose which one you want...
