It's weird because I downloaded a franchise file for PS3 for Madden NFL 2010 and I was able to extract the file and load it in-game.

Just another reason why its NOT IE but why its most likely OS.

I did. There's barely anything even there since I look for the "paperclip" icon and just click on that to see how many files there are. The one I thought was an import was just info on the generic...
