It's the same issue as having a player and team foul limit that is designed for a 48 minute game being used in a 20 minute PNO game. It makes fouls half as meaningful and timeouts twice as powerful...

When I moved to Varsity I saw only 5K people were there and thought I was in for hour long wait times or a complete sweatfest, but the games have actually been great.

My biggest annoyance right now is that steal spam isn't punished, from a basic basketball perspective, even if I do what I'm supposed to and force fouls.
