Yes there should be. Not bashing EA. but they have done bare minimum each year for franchise mode. I wouldn't expect it to mimic even the ps2 days

I just finished my first season reaching the Super Bowl. The opposing Starters played the whole game however they were so tired they couldn't compete. ended up very lopsided.
