On the newer Samsungs, Game Mode can be found in menu, then system, then general. It can be toggled on or off from there. I'm not sure about other brands, I suppose use of the manual or an Internet...

I was actually considering starting my franchise on the Vita until the patch for one or both systems dropped fixing the transfer problems. I plan to play every game this year (first season at least)...

I just did a few quick tests using the game mode on my LED TV, along with trying out PC mode as an alternative to game mode. I found that in my case, game mode washed out my screen to a degree....
