I mean what else are they supposed to do? Baylor and TCU won’t let them in the Big 12. They aren’t getting into the SEC or Big 10.

I believe they only did this as when they lose new members they have to stay above 15 to keep their media deal.

I have a lot of family in west Texas so I grew up around a lot of Tech fans. Leach really helped out Tech and he will be missed. RIP.
