The only reason Ortiz is even linked is because the New York Times published his name, despite the fact that the Mitchell Report was supposed to be anonymous.

It just gets REALLY old after 17 years, when there isn't a single shred of evidence outside of an unreliable "anonymous" report....

PLEASE post proof that Ortiz used anything. Please post anything outside of the 2003 Mitchell Report (which was concluded to include several false positives) that shows Ortiz failing a drug test....

He's never said anything about a morality clause. I just can't figure out why a Boston reporter that covered Ortiz for 97% of his career didn't vote him for the Hall.

Roughly 40% of ballots revealed, and as of now the Big 3 are still above the threshold although Bonds and Clemens are slowly going down.

Ortiz- 83.5
Bonds- 79.1
Clemens- 77.8

Ortiz- 82%
Bonds- 81%
Clemens- 80%

Scott Rolen is next at 72%

Ortiz himself has said he's tested "hundreds of times" since testing started in 2003, and has NEVER had a positive result....
