At a minimum, it was reckless/negligent behavior resulting in wanton damage/death. I don't think anyone can say for sure he was trying to kill anyone, but that was an intent to harm in my opinion...

Have to agree - Cooperstown is the gold standard for a sports Hall of Fame. Everything is a distant second to that.

The basketball HoF is a disgrace, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame seems...

The problem is if the majority of the games or a significant number of them are only on ESPN+, in which case, this is sort of a downgrade for me, since I have no interest in yet another streaming...
