Unless it's a very very bad April Fool's Joke, ESPN has reported that the accuser of that Alabama player has recanted her story and getting charged with filing a false police report.

he wasn't in any condition to turn down a ride from someone else who was in no condition to be driving. just a sad and cautionary tale.

Sad to hear. Hopefully the "whole" story will prevent at least 1 person from driving drunk (or drinking to the point where you can't make wise choices).

Surprised Hyman hasn't done or said anything. He had no trouble laying down the law on Stephen Garcia while he was South Carolina's AD.

My only concern is his poor judgement. Going to a frat party (full of drunk college kids) of your bitter in-state rival....what could possibly go wrong :confused:
