Yea I don't remember what the default settings are either. But if you are using the MLB QuickStart, its good to know that it was created by a volunteer so the preset settings may not be the best...

You can always turn on and adjust the AI evaluation settings which also impacts the way the AI looks at giving contracts.

I don't know how any of your settings are set so its hard to respond to...
