This and editing default Coach Defensive Settings would go a long way towards fixing offline gameplay.

There’s one HUGE related issue with animations which has been in this game since the move to X360/PS3.

There is no situational awareness of dominant hand as it relates to ball handling or layups....

They actually have this attribute already, but the main Edit Roster table doesn't show the column. You can't access it in the Quick Edit screen (this bug was in 2K18 too). You'll see it when you...
