Re: Max Wolters | FIFA Coaching Career

Premier League
Week 10
Crystal Palace v Queens Park Rangers

Pre-Match
The 3rd London Derby of the season for QPR as they drew 0-0 vs Tottenham and Chelsea earlier in the year. After the match last week Wolters said changes would be coming to try and create more chances in attack for QPR. The changes he was referring to are shown are the team sheet this week as QPR come out in a 4-3-3 formation instead of the normal 5 at the back. Some old faces are back in the lineup also as Sylla and Mackie each get the start today.

Match
Three comebacks in one match for Crystal Palace as QPR fans are left scratching their heads after this one. A match QPR dominated for 90% of the game but still didn't come away with 3 points. Sylla scored first in the 23' but Palace responded in the 27'. Mackie then put the R's on top in the 64' but again Palace responded 3 minutes later in the 67'. QPR fans went wild when Adegbenro looked to score the winner in the 88' but the joy was soon erased as Schlupp scored off a corner in the 91' to come even again with only a minute left to play.
Final: 3-3 Draw

Post Match Notes
"The attack was much better in this match but the defense was too laid back. We need to find a good middle ground with attack and defense but I am much happier with the way we played today than last week. If we can keep this up, results will go our way."

Mackie and Sylla scored in the same match for QPR for the first time since the league title clinching victory last season.

QPR drop to 10th in the table with 15pts through 10 matches. Tottenham and West Ham are at the top with 19pts followed by Chelsea, Watford, Man City and Stoke with 18pts each.

Next match: Home vs Leicester City
