LOL let me see if I can help you man, Season mode spans many years enough to build many dynasties (if your good enough that is) As far as Scouting goes I'm not absolutely what you mean, but they track batter performance ex... They have something like the performance he's expected to perform at and his actual performance. There's so much I can't even list everything, You could call it Franchise mode it's so jam packed with features. So yes there's 40 man rosters, Arbitration, Rule 5 Draft, free agency all the important baseball aspects of dealing with a franchise.
