If you update your roster, everything gets updated. All your changes will not be carried over. Each roster is its own entity.

Ray, I think 2k said all they were going to do was fix/changing the coding for headbands to allow for the right colors to be worn at the appropriate places via patch. Ultimately the final fixes will be addressed via roster updates. That goes for the guy who complained about GSW wearing white headies at home.

one thing i noticed is that u cant throw across the court as much. Now by doing this it would lead to more bad passes or turnovers. Which helps with the pace of the game. Impatient players trying rush down the court will have alot of to's by the end of the game. Great patch 2k. Its like im playing a new game. Also getting into the offense seems a little quicker too. To dominate this game ur gonna have to create good shots.
