Madden NFL 17 Video - Broadcast Presentation Package

I don't see what the problem is with the intros. I think it's cool that madden has its own unique thing that they're doing. I mean we'd have people that would be complaining to that its too similar to cbs or fox. We haven't even heard any of the commentary that goes along with it Just pictures and a 2 second clip.

I kind of always default to thinking that the reluctance of this must be because it feels like "tracing" versus coming up with anything authentic, like maybe it's too easy to do something that is so clearly easy to duplicate/mimic - that they want the challenge of being innovative.

I guess my approach to all sports video games, and the whole package if you will, is that the beauty is found in doing the simple things correctly first, then go from there. No need to reinvent the wheel, just tighten the loose screws.

I'm getting a kick out of all the people who, for years, said "I don't care what they do with silly presentation stuff, just give me gameplay!"

By all accounts, the gameplay is pretty solid this year...yet here are people complaining about that "silly presentation stuff"...nobody's ever happy with Madden, are they?
