Orlando Magic Set NBA Record; Hit 23 3's

I am not sure if you guys have read this or saw it but man the Magic were on fire from downtown. They attempted 37 threes and hit 23 of them.

Here is the story:

Ironically, yesterday I played them in my Association. They were lights out from beyond. I was like "this crap would never happen." Guess I was wrong. I think that a Magic/Cavs ECF would be ripe.

That would be great to see. The Magic came into my hometown the other day and took down the Spurs. Damn we need some young cats on our team.

That is how they built their team. Not surprising. There team reminds me of the mid 90's Shaq teams. Hedo = Nick Anderson. Rashard Lewis = Dennis Scott. Courtney Lee = Penny? Not quite....

The only chance they have at making noise in the playoffs is if Nelson can keep up his play. They have the 3 point shooters and then Howard inside, they have to have a 4th guy on the court to can create hit own shot if they want to compete with the big boys. They were relied on Howard or 3 pointers last year and it got them bounced in the second round.

@LAL, @DEN and vs BOS are the next three for them, it will say a lot about their chances to make noise in the playoffs.

Gratz to the Magic, they look like a big contender this year.

I agee though they are looking good right now, Nelson has to and needs to continue his play and the bench also needs to keep up their play as well for them to even knock off the Cavaliers or Boston.
