Some background...

A couple years ago they put some random menu music (maybe a soundtrack?) as the default menu music. Everybody moaned. But you could change it to the fight songs in the menus.

One of the EA guys actually was quoted as saying something to the effect of 'we know better than to take that out completely.'

Well apparently not, because now it's gone. And this music is AWFUL. Already turned it off.

I agree. Looked to see if I could change it to have fight songs after a few mins in my dynasty only to be disappointed.

Any missteps were more than made up for with the inclusion of "Train in Vain" by The Clash.

That song is awesome.

True, but Jeff wears Birkenstocks is a large hole to fill.
