Hey good read man. For the backs are the ratings the minimum or are those maxed out numbers. Did you forget receivers? Also you don't have to answer to keep down discussion but what level did you test these on?

Very good read, thank you for doing this. I thought for a power back the strength could be in the 60's or 70's with a high Trucking rating, what do you think?

This year PRC isn't an issue for the defense. I have seen them bite on pump fakes and seen them bite on counters.

In NCAA 12 unless strength is in the 70s or at 80 it doesn't matter how high the break tackle or truck rating is, they won't do it. This is why the programmers are able to get away with giving scrambling QBs break tackle ratings in the low 90s, because they all have strength in the upper 50s and low 60s. Without strength players will fall backwards this year when hit by a stronger guy.

Re: Roster Edits for better Game Play Guide

This is perfect!! Thanks man!!! Appreciate all the info!

All the edits in one simple spot is a god-send. This will be used heavily in my Dynasty as sprinkle some studs throughout the college ranks to challenge my team. It'll be cool to see players that really stand out as elite.

the game recognizes a power back even with 70 strength as long as his speed isn't crazy high

the strength rating is used to boost up his overall rating and sometimes trigger certain animations but it's not actually needed to classify him as a power back.

If he has high Trucking, Break Tackle and Stiff arm he'll still operate like a power back....i like to keep their juke move, spin move and elusiveness rating down giving them good vision it tends to make them not dance around and play more downhill between the tackles smash mouth football style

There is a big misconception that RB's all need 80+ speed to be effective in this game which is not true

I have tons of great RB's who who operate on speed ratings below 80 like Emmit Smith (78 speed) and they are still capable of torching your defense because their vision is what makes them dangeraous in this game.

If they see daylight or opening's they hit it right away
