i pre-ordered from amazon. i had a 1/2 day so i got home at lunch but the game had not arrived. i do some honey-do's for the wife so i can play my game without interruption when it arrives.

the ups truck pulls in front of the house and i have only 5 minutes left with my chores. i hear banging around for a few minutes. then i watch truck leave. my wife even gets confused and frustrated for me since i had been talking about the game coming today when we were on our ride home.

it has been 3 hours and he has yet to return. i think it was delivered to some old lady who was expecting home shopping network jewelry or something.

Man, if they lost it that just sucks. I would call UPS and ask if they have a package for you, if not then call or contact whoever sold it. (Amazon/Authorized Reseller)

If they do have a package and they say its on their way then just wait til 8-9. Or ask around your neighborhood since it NBA2K12 and you're so anticipated for it

Yeah, UPS has a client-service line. Call them and ask about it. Do you have any order number, or any number that can conform and identify your order? If you do, keep it next to you when you call. That's what they're there for.

I ordered from Amazon and did the release day delivery. No delivery at all today. I contacted Amazon and they said wait until the 6th before getting a replacement or something like that. I am a bit upset, but they at least gave me that whole 99 cents back for the release day delivery. Stinks though, first time I've had this problem.

you're the fouth person i've heard of who's had a problem with Amazon delivering 2K12 today (including myself). Customer support basically told me to suck it up and wait til tomorrow.

I already have my PS3 copy though, so I'm not sweating it too much.

Not to be that guy or anything, but why in the world would you order something like this online? I got my copy at 12:02 at Wal*Mart. I'd hate to have to wait until the afternoon or evening to get it.

Even if I could save $20 by ordering online, I wouldn't ever do it. No way.

I didnt get it either today but I didnt do the street date delivery anyway last year I didnt either and got it day after release
