Players Messing Up Assignments While Running Hurry Up

So I'm messing around with an Oregon dynasty while waiting for the official community rosters, and I've noticed a problem. While running no huddle, my RBs (especially Marshall and Tyner) will mess up their assignments. So if I call a read option, they will run off and leave Mariota to run for his life. Same if I call for a handoff to them. This happens both at home and on the road. The assignments on pass plays seem to work fine and DAT doesn't seem to have the same issues. So I'm guessing the issue has to do with those young RBs having low awareness ratings?
Anybody have any thoughts or a solution? Thanks.

I've experiences the same things in my Army dynasty everyone once in a while. Annoying, but part of the game.
