When the patch drops if I have already started an offline dynasty will I need to restart my dynasty?

It has never been the case in my recollection that you had to start a new dynasty.

Why would you think you would need to start a new dynasty? It's never been the case before, with any sports game as far as I know.

There actually was with NCAA in the past. Whichever year they had the bug where players didn't progress the only way to fix it was to start a new dynasty. I haven't seen any problem with dynasty this year so I doubt it will be a problem.
