Formation subs. Go in at the beginning of each game and change out HBs on formations you think the other HB will be better at.

Use your right stick before you call the play to change the package to "HB sub", then you have more flexibility and can do it on the fly, if you prefer it that way. I use a constant rotation with my HBs and defensive line to keep them fresh.
