Would my Sounds of the Show survive a hard drive swap?

I recently ran out of space on my 1TB SSHD, so, I bit the bullet and ordered a 2TB Hard Drive, which should be delivered tomorrow.

From what I understand about how Sounds of the Show works, my music files are located within the dedicated file space in the game file, itself. So, my question is, would I be able to transfer the entire game file to a 64GB thumb drive and then copy that file back onto the new hard drive, after I set it up, in order to preserve my in game music cues?
