How to import custom draft class into cloud CFM

I just started a Cloud(online) CFM and I started at Week 7. But now I cant see the option to import custom draft class anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to scout for your draft class and then I think you just left click and it brings up options about importing a custom draft class.

I dont see that option. I dont see anything about draft classes or scouting anywhere.
