Madden NFL 10 GameStop Pre-Order Demo Codes Available July 15th (Destructoid)

	"GameStop has just announced that pre-ordering Madden NFL 10 for the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 will net its customers an exclusive demo of the title. The demo will features four five-minute quarters, with the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers as the playable teams. Codes for the pre-order demo will hit stores by July 15, and the demo is slated to go live by the end of July."

I have never heard of a demo being released at 7pm on the xbox lol you must mean 7am.

so is the 5 minute demo going to be from an early build of madden?

and what about the 1 minute demo?

Ok so for 360 owners, we go to the Market place or do we just press the guide button and go to the redeem code feature and input the code?

I would try to enter my code shortly after 12 AM but I would be afraid it could deactivate it or something based upon the warnings given. Typically codes don't just "deactivate" but who knows, it's Gamestop.

Why would they deactivate the code just for trying to use it early. That's odd.

THEY wouldn't deactivate it, just for whatever reason the system would think it was used as it accessed the server and cancel it out for when the demo actually is available. I have read that it's possible with this code a few times so I'm not taking a chance.

do we have to put in the dashes too. For EX, the code will say ABCD-EFGH-IJKL

Do we put those dashes in and do we put in any spaces? I just dont want to f u c k up the code if thats even possible.

I dont think so.. Gamestop.com says the exclusive demo will begin 6pm PST on the 23rd so i doubt it comes out at midnight tonight.

And im pretty sure the regular demo comes out a week from tomorrow(30th)...Could be wrong though because i dont know for sure.

I imagine the PS3 demo will drop tomorrow evening 5-7pm EST when they release the normal update.

is that official, we have to wait until 6pm, because mine doesn't work yet and its 12:30am

Do you guys think you can download it earlier on a UK account? I've done that for other demos, but I'm not sure it will work for this since it is an American promo.

10 til 1 am. Is everyone scared to try there codes or has it been confirmed that it won't be until later in the evening.

Most normal demos always go up 6am est on the day they are released. I expect the 1 minute qtr one to be up, whether or not the other will be up too is not something I am clear on.

I understand I am not a regular around here, but I would really appreciate if someone who had an extra Xbox 360 code could email it to me. I will glady post my opinion on the game after playing it. And I plan on being here for awhile it seems like an active forum.
