yep it was the roster by HAWK23 called ULTIMATE BASE ROSTER V19 [256 TOTAL TEAMS] + 2013 ROOKIES (CFS + PORTRAITS INCLUDED), can be found on moddingway or nba-live.com, the roster is insane and has sooo many teams
