Launch Day Madden NFL 15 Roster Update Has Arrived, Details Included

For those of you with early access to Madden NFL 15, EA Sports has already released their launch day roster update. It includes updated ratings and/or position changes for 1,272 players.

That's the power of ESPN and how they can transform certain players into overnight celebrities (see Tebow, Tim). By the end of the season warranted or not, Manziel will be a 95. He is the most polarizing player in the game today.

Doesn't he take suggestions on changing ratings? He may have seen a lot of proof his initial ratings were way off.

I have Juwan Thompson, Marcus Harris, Corey Washington and Ethan Westbrooks missing. These players will likely make an NFL roster.

Is there any other players missing?

Something that really bothers me is how the weight of certain players are not correct. I have noticed these four from the start.

1. Robert Ayers 275 on the Giants official site, but is listed as 335 in Madden

2. Shea Mcclellin is 245 on the Bears official site, but is listed as 260 in Madden

3. Josh Reed is 237 on the Redskins official site, but is listed as 225 in Madden

4. Niles Paul is 241 on the Redskins official site, but is listed as 233 in Madden

These really, I mean really annoy me. Great job EA.

The latter two aren't too bad, but good lord, how can you be 60 lbs off on a guy? It's times like these I'm glad I don't pay quite as close attention to some of these details as you guys do lol. That's really going to bother me now.

What happened to the players that should be injured? Pre this update...it had preexisting injuries
