I'm a little confused here. Bare with me as I own ZERO games and have recently gotten back into WWE after at least a decade hiatus.

I have paid for the PS4 pre-order at GS for $60. I know I get Sting.

So what does the season pass $25 add on get me then? Just a few showcases? Do I get to use those extra guys outside of that mode? Do I have to purchase (example) the WCW pack at an additional cost on top of the $25? I thought a "season pass" gets me everything at a bundled discount, but if I don't buy a season pass, I could just buy individual items.

If I were to go the digital route (hate that since I like to sell back games), what does GS do with the money I already paid? I don't want anything else and I already paid for batman and far cry too.

  • Access to exclusive playable WWE Diva Paige;

  • Access to all three 2K Showcase stories (One More Match, Hall of Pain and Path of the Warrior).

That's what you'll get with the DLC. Everything else is additional payments. If you get the Season Pass, the extra stuff is discounted but you still have to pay extra.

As for GameStop. You can cancel your preorder and be refunded your money.

So just wanted to make sure I got this clear, the showcase stories and the playable characters in that are ONLY during that mode? So for My Career mode, I won't be able to have those characters...only Paige?

We don't really know who's in My Career Mode to begin with. That's something you'll have to wait until you get the game to find out.

You'll be able to use them in WWE Universe Mode, Play Now Mode etc.

I would be hot if I bought the Hulk edition. None of this comes with it. While the DLC list is pretty impressive, prices seem a bit overkill compared to what we're used to. I'll buy it all as I believe in giving 2K a legit shot. Hope it all has substance. And please have Bret in the game. Don't completely fraud me!

Don't blame you. It doesn't come with anything worth of $100. Yeah you got Hogan's autograph, but nah lol

That maybe true but they could of picked a lot better than Orton/Christian and Mark Henry though. Cena/Edge from 2006 would of been much better or Shawn/Jericho from 2008

Hopefully if there are any other major call ups or signings over the next 6 months 2k will give us some extra DLC.

It's a very good selection - a little surprised that Tyler Breeze didn't make it in, however now we have a good base for an NXT roster. I'll definitely be bringing up the Ascension to cause some havoc.

I don't care about anything else but the roster and how many wrestlers are in standard roster (legends/current roster) Now it looks like I have to have DLC to get these. I'm getting worried how the release date roster looks like

That roster looks like what I should be in 2k15. Sad that 2k14 isn't available for PS4

Just curious. Have they even released the whole roster? Love the WCW pack, but will there be any WCW stars in the game when it releases?

# 78 xman2k @ 10/15/14 08:38 AM
How do they not have a sting/nWo/Goldberg showcase pack?? Absolutely defeats the whole purpose of sting in the game. I would only buy this for the wcw content, which is why I thought they brought Sting on for. I loved the Wrestlemania showcase last year, which was why I bought it. Also is Hollywood finally a different model/skin tone/muscles/mannerisms or is it just attire swap like the past? Also Hollywood does not wrestle with his bandana on, why doesnt any game except FirePro get this right.

No, there's still about 40 superstars that have not been announced yet.

I find it funny that some people are canceling their pre-orders because of the DLC and get mad when I tell them that you wern't even vested in the game fully if DLC (or the price of DLC) is what is causing you to not get the game at all.
