How about running our own private poker tournament and seeing who's the best.. I see from the dynasties we have quite a few, so maybe if we can agree to a client (absolute poker?) and a time, we can imporve by playing each other

Cool. I can't get pokerroom's tourney function to work, but Absolute Poker looks NICE.. I've signed up for a couple freerolls in the Online Poker Tour

I'm probably still a novice amongst this crowd, but I'd be interested in playing, time permitting.

I'd be interested as long as it doesn't cost anything and it is at a good time.

Sir Fozzie,

Thanks for setting everything up. I hope we all can get together soon and try it again.

Some guys at work are getting together for the "Little League World Series of Poker" in early August. This was a great practice tool for that. I hope I can win a couple bucks in our real tourney.

Well, VT suggested we get together Friday night, I'm in the Online Poker Tour day tournament (1 PM) and I think RPI's in the 10 PM tournament that night, but if we wanted to play around that time (or get a heavy FOFC presence in the OPT tournies, since they are free) I'd be cool with it.

For those that don't want to use AIm you should look into installing Gaim.

Gaim Link

It supports AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, IRC, and few others all in one little IM package. Plus it is open source and no spyware.

Dola: Finished 42nd in the OPT qualifier, went all in with Trip Aces, and he needed two hearts on the turn and the river to get his flush..
