List subject to change with mood and/or future epiphanies:

In no particular order ...

LOL, honest & truly, out loud

With the exception of a few country CD's here & there & an even smaller handful of new music (Nickelback, Staind, 3 Doors Down, and 1 old Seven Mary Three CD) the only music I've bought for myself in the past 10 years has been either catalog stuff from 70's/80's metal bands or new material
from those same bands.

In the past couple of years, I've made sure that my son (now age 6) has seen with me:
Scorpions, Dokken, Poison, Deep Purple, Dio, Dokken, and Cinderella.

And I'll be up & at 'em early Saturday morning trying to fight through the internet mob for Metallica tickets for the two of us (Gwinnett Arena, Nov 10th). I figure he'll enjoy it, he asked for (and got) the S&M video when he was just 2 y/o.

If it's too loud, you're too old

(He also enjoys watching The Ulitmate Ric Flair Collection DVD with me)

I had to put an AIC song in there, because . . . well . . . I had to. My other AIC nominee would have been Angry Chair. Soooo many good songs to choose from.

In truth I probably could've just picked four Rush songs to complete this list, but I didn't want to appear one-dimensional.

FTR, Dammit was my sketchiest choice. I was happy with all 3 but had to give Blink some acknowledgement.

So 5 songs are better? In your opinion. Dude, you're comparing All the Small Things when you put up What's My Age Again? Check yo'self.

Untitled was one of my favorites for a long time when I was big into blink, but Dammit got me hooked on the whole genre so it gets it's due.

And to completely respond to your whole post: Do you want to come to a party my friends picked me up in their truck at 11:30

One of the funniest things I've ever heard is Oh Little Town of Bethlahem sung to the tune of that song. It fits perfect. It was on Bob River's Twisted Christmas, I believe. Now I can't hear one or the other without singing this to myself.

No shit. I saw The Who in 89. One of best things was seeing Roger sing, particularly this song.

Not to mention I got to see Entwistle before he died. 1 of my top 3 bass players ever. After 89, I never saw them. I would have liked to see them with Zakk Starkey on drums (I have the DVD but it isn't the same). I kick myself in the ass for not spending money to see them for the Quadrophenia tour in 96 or 97...whenever it was.

Shorty, without What's My Age again, you'd never would have heard of Dammit because, unless you were listening to Blink-182 at age 7, I doubt you got hooked on the genre by that one song.
