Never Seen This
In all my years of playing FOF from the original iteration until now, I've never seen a player's ratings at all 100's before.
![]() Wicked pissah.

Damn, that's impressive even if it's scout influenced, especially for FOF2k7. And he was an undrafted FA, too.

From a player created historical file. That explains it a little bit, but nonetheless it's pretty rare.

I think it just says undrafted because he started with him on the roster. Anybody with a pulse gets drafted in historical sims because the pickins are so slim.

I still haven't upgraded to the new patch, but I've recently seen a bunch of undrafted guys go to near 100/100 after their first year in the league.

I am working on this for the next iteration of the historical files. They will have players correct draft year and round and maybe pick (for sure number 1 but the others I'm not too sure). Also I will tweak the draft files a little bit so there is a little more talent available later on in the draft (mostly backup/1 to 2 year starter types) |

I should look more closely next time. I didn't realize it was from the historical files.

First time for me
A few seasons back in my current SP game, I traded my disappointing starting QB to move up from #10 in the draft to #3. I took a LG whose potential bars were all at the far right. In his second season, I reached the Bowl, and by the week of the Bowl, the LG reached a 100/100 scouted rating with all 100 ratings. In his third season he started playing up to his rating, and he has mostly kept it ever since, occasionally dropping to 99 or 98 in run blocking. Having just ended his fifth season and going into the sixth, he is all 100s. The next-highest-rated player has usually been around 88.
Notes: The two guys drafted ahead of my LG were QBs who have hardly gotten off the bench. The QB I traded, who had a scouted rating of 66 and a passer rating about the same, has thrived on his current team and just led them to the championship (although with an 8-8 season record). I signed a benchwarming FA QB two years ago; he is now rated above 60 and was this year's Offensive Player of the Year. I drafted a WR with the #7 overall pick in the same draft as my LG, and he is a 74-to-75-rated superstar. Lucky me. |

I have a WR who came out as 70ish/85 in the draft, and has now climbed up to 98/98
Sad part is, there is 1 player who is even better. The Punter came out of the draft at 100/100. There is only 1 other player rated above 90, well at 90 to be exact. A LG in his 4th year 90/90. This is the first time in the league there has been 3 players rated 90 or better, both in current and potential. There is a QB on the verge of hitting 90 for potential, but he's at 44/88, not bad for a 2 year player. Started with the default league in 2006(currently in 2023), and after the year 2010, there were some very lean years, where nothing much came out of the draft. The draft finally started to improve about 5 years ago, when guys had some potential above 80. It did look like I was actually going to win a Bowl early on, but we couldn't get over the hump. And then the lean years took over. I'm 13-3 again in 2023 and am just about to start the playoffs, hopefully this time I will get past the League Championship game and end up in the show. ![]() I just hope I don't hit another dry spell like the one from 2011-2019. I was starting to feel like a Bengals fan. ![]() |
