I finally purchased TCY (thanks largely to Ardent's walk-on dynasty... please don't make another dynasty using a sim I don't own Ardent.. my credit card can't handle it!). I purchased it at around 1am last night (15 hours ago my time), and have still yet to recieve my order ID.
How long does it generally take? If i recall correctly, both FBCB & FOF were almost instantaneous. I sent them off an e-mail about it around 3 hours after the purchase, but once again have recieved no response?
I was all fired up to play it last night too, reading through strategy guides while the download completed, and then I had to go to bed feeling empty...

Odd. Never seen it anything but instantaneous.
If you emailed them, odds are they'll contact you monday. They are good with that, the times I've had to contact them directly.

If you have a spam filter on your email you might check that as I've heard of several folks who have had their elicense email snatched up by the spam filter they were using.

I used a hotmail address to order the game, so I thought it may be an issue with hotmail. I then filled out the support form and put my pop3 address in. The support form claimed that it would send an e-mail copy of my form to my address, but I didn't recieve that, so maybe they are having issues with their e-mail server or something?
Oh well, hopefully it's there for me when I get home.

They usually respond rather quickly.

If you listed hotmail then it probably got eaten by the spam filter. Chances are they didn't "know you" by the other email since it wasn't listed originally and you had not been a previous customer with some history and they maybe just trying to protect the information. I suggest you check the spam block situation w/ hotmail.

What FBPro and Coffee Warlord said. Every time I've ordered via elicense, I've gotten the e-mail within seconds. Spam blocker sounds like a very likely culprit.

Not that I'd ever advocate violence, but it amazes me that the major spammers - the folks in the ROKSO database - have never suffered the Bertuzzi treatment.
The eLicense response is automated, and the email should be instantaneous. I understand there was a huge failure with hotmail this weekend, so you should contact eLicense and have them resend the information.
