I saw 'Solecismic Front Office Football' on the front of the general discussion page and my heart skipped a beat. I thought it was an announcement of a new game.

Bump?

It seems some of the GEFL records are still missing (most notably, my CBs passes defended record.)

By the way, the last name of the 7th ranked guard in key run blocks should be Church, not Crouch.

And, more important, the newest IHOF champion is Cuervo72 with Frederick Red Menace.

I have changed to title to avoid more near heart attacks. A few new winners and a lot of minor updates have also been made.

The GEFL will be in the next update. I also need someone to post the qualifiers from the finished IHOF season.

Updated with GEFL, IHOF, WigFL, USFL and a few moreI still don't see my GEFL Houston Oilers' cornerback Herman Edwards' 32 defended pass make the list. :(

Tom Jackson (Buffalo) takes 2nd place with 165 solo tackles.

Herman Edwards (Houston) is tied for 3rd with 32 passes defended.

If I haven't said this a couple of times before, thanks for keeping track of thise stuff!

If you fix it, I'll try my best to beat the team ahead of yours in the standings.

In last nights CFL Bowl VI Denver Dynomite miss the opportunity to become the 6th back-to-back winner in FOF MP history.

Instead Charleston Monitors and GM JJ Smitty take home the big price.

This was the second win for Charleston in the CFL but the first for JJ Smitty and the Monitors. Back in 2004 Charleston Sixpacks and GM SovereignStar won the CFL Bowl II.

SFOFMPHoF will be updated later today.

Speaking of the CFL, during the Thanksgiving break, I was bored as all 3 of my leagues were on hold. They were also all 3 either in the post- or pre- season, so it was a good opportunity to do a quick recap of my 'performance' as a GM.

This doesn't really belong in this thread, but it's not worthy of its own thread either...

Here's my record so far:
CFL - Detroit Vampires, 5 seasons, 53-27 record, 5 playoff appearances, lost 2 super bowls
HFL - NY Giants, 4 seasons, 48-10 record, 4 playoff apperances, lost 1 super bowl
GEFL - NY Giants, 1 season, 11-5 record, 1 playoff appearance.

Overall, in 10 seasons, I have a 112-42 regular season record (0.727), 7 division and 3 conference titles and have made the playoffs every single year so far.

Now, if only I could win the big one...

Imperial Football League has completed our 4th year, 2006, today.

Imperial Bowl IV was one hell of an offensive game, too.

Only records I see with a quick look would be team defensive pass yardage, West Virginia makes the list. Also, our #2 all time single game rushing performance, set this year, may make that list.

Also recently, the HFL concluded its 5th season (Green Bay Packers as repeat champions) and GEFL concluded its 2nd season (Washington Redskins won that one).

I'll have a look later to see if any records were broken.

Arguably the greatest Mulitplayer QB just went down with a torn ACL. It's a career threatening injury that has him out for a year. :(

Ronnie Tu won back to back titles with the supporting cast that makes the Arizona Cardinals look like the Cowboys of the early 90's

This is a huge day in FOF MP. No less then three new champions will be found today.

Looking back on this, how the hell did it time out so 3 leagues were holding title games on the exact same day?!

The site doesn't appear to track it unfortunately, just the basics. But if you win a championship this year, you'll be immortalized.

That's odd, especially seeing how SE Nick Jennings has a matching tat on his arm? :wtf:

He has not updated it in a bit, but Northwood hasn't gone anywhere and hasn't told me of any intention to stop doing it.

...This was the last update in some time. The family (wife, two kits and me) are now only 5 days away from moving from Norway to Spain (Gran Canaria) for the next 6 months. I will try to keep the winners page updated if I have a descent Internet connection but cannot promise anything until we get settled.

For those complaining or wondering, here's the reason why the site hasn't been updated lately...

While he's away, there's not much else we can do except continue to post the new records and bowl results in this thread.

My internet connection is acutely working pretty fine down here. My family will come down and visit us next month and I have asked them to take my memory-stick with all the SFOFMPHoF files with them.

I will then try to update the winner’s page but the other stats will have to wait until we get back home in August. I need to have something to do when I get back to work

So what's the status with the SFOFMPHoF?

If it's close to being updated once again (the last post there by Northwood says August) then the Imperial League just finished another season. :)

Little Rock Toads were champions.
