With the FOF MP Universe still growing and new leagues opening every week it was also time for the SFOFMPHoF to expand. The formatting on the board was driving me insane and several people have suggested converting this to a web page. With the help from NAFL commissioner Cuckoo that was now an option. Their for it’s an honour to present the new home for the SFOFMPHoF.

Solecismic Front Office Football Multi Player Hall of Fame (http://www.sfofmphof.naflsim.com/)
(SFOFMPHoF) (http://www.sfofmphof.naflsim.com/)

I appreciate all the help I can get to get the stats as accurate as possible so please PM me with any updates or corrections. I will continue to bump this threat when updates are made to the pages and this will also be the place to comment on the rankings.

Have fun and feel free to comment.

This is odd to me... The CFL is VERY underrepresented...

I wonder if there are inherent league settings that make it this way? Maybe how the initial roster was created?

Instead of years, should you use Season #'s (ie Season 4)? It may look as though the Historical league has held a record tremendously long.

Just a thought.

Nice to see that my eNFL Dolphins Ricky Williams is still into top 10 rushing yards during the season i managed them. My team was a nice rushing machine, so sad i had to resign as GM because my work schedulle that days.

I have added "team single seasons records" in the first post. <O:p></O:p>

I wonder if something wrong with the IHOF "total yards allowed". 9 of the top 10 are from IHOF that just looks wrong to me?

This is excellent, great work Northwood_DK.

2 things about the Imperial League, this kind of shows how much of a running league we are right now. And if you do career records, none of our players will show up on those lists. But thats the price we pay for being the one "slow" league.

11-03-2004, 08:53 AM
Im glad to see that 2003 Wigfl Jerome Bettis made the list somewhere. He was a freaking machine, the only solid player on a team ravaged by the X-factor. Towards the end of the season i was desperately trying to get him 2000 yards, and he got hurt in the 15th game of the season, ending that pursuit.
In the Wigfl, those Harvey Flaherty yards came in his rookie season. Since then hes been in the 1400's, but he is possibly on pace for 2000 yet again.

I agree, great job on this. And I'm glad my man Edge is representing!

BTW, the Falcons were computer run. That's right, my league had an all-CPU Summit Bowl. :( But then at that point we were only half full - I'm hoping with a much more stacked roster (that still needs 7 owners...) things will go better next year.

True but I'll gladly take an improved record over an individual player going nuts stat wise.

I am surprised to see how far ahead he is in regards to the other guys on the leaderboard for sacks and surprised that he is #2 for tackles in a season.

It was one hell of season, no doubt about that. I know Teeters is still getting a ton of hurries this season though (along with my DE, Cris Richardson).

Definitely impressive for Teeters to have such a sizable lead on the other single-season leaders though. The man deserves credit.

2005 Dallas Cowboys - Non FOFC member
2006 San Francisco 49ers - Non FOFC member

Perhaps we could still include their handles, or their names even? I believe they deserve recognition, despite the fact that they aren't fookin' elitists.

If not, then we should change the name of the league from WigFL to Non-FOFC-Member-FL, because Wig doesn't consider himself an FOFCer.

might I suggest the adding of team records for Total Yards and Total Yards Allowed?
You a right Chubby that is missing. I removed it because there was a bug in the game calculating the total yards wrongly. Can anyone confirm if that was fixed in the last patch? If the numbers are correct now I will just have to go over all the numbers again.

I’m not sure when I will get the time to do that but in the meantime you can take a look at this new stat.

Then it happened. For the first time in the history of all the MP leagues we have a team with a perfect regular season record.

The eNFL have just finished the 2007 season and the Philadelphia Eagles (http://www.tredsoft.com/FOF_eNFL/exp/21schedule.html) did it with the perfect 16-0 record.

Congratulation to Eaglesfan27.

has there ever been an 0-16 team? Because there's one now.

http://ifl.cc/output/23schedule.html

They are also riding low on a 25 game losing streak.

Our regular season is now over, and the single-game passing yardage record was broken-- Trent Green with 583 today.

The InternetFL actually gets no less then 13 new entries in the updated list. Specially Kansas looks like they had a great season.

The Eagles from the eNFL will likely also be heavily represented on the list after their 16-0 season.

The list is now updated with the 2006 season stats from the FOFL.<O:p</O:p

It’s also updated with the new winners in the eNFL, BFL and InternetFL.<O:p</O:p

I’m still missing regular season record from the IHOF 2007 season and have not been able to find anything on the RNFL for a long time.<O:p</O:p

If I’m missing anything else please let me know.

This is all made in FrontPage so if anyone can help get this up on a web page please come forward.<O:p</O:p

5463yds is pretty impressive. I’m not sure witch record is the most impressive but McNabbs quarterback rating of 114.8 and Joe Teeters 28.5 sacks is high up on the list.

RNFL Commish here - A couple pieces of updated info and other information for the HoF to use or keep track of.

Stuff to update:

Colts record when they won the RNFL's first championship was 14-5.
Vikings CB William Peterson hold the RNFL record for 13 interceptions.
Raiders guard Frank Middleton holds the RNFL key run block record with 59.

Players to watch - (Ill give update when season is over)

RB Jamal Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens currently has 17 rushing TDs through 12 games.

WR Koren Robinson has 1,472 yards through 12 games and has 16 receiving TDs. He has also been the target of 167 pass attempts. Not a bad season so far.

Joe

should be some new receiving records then. I have Plaxico Burress in my league with 14 TDs through 7 games, as well as Culpepper with 30. Barring injuries, they should top the records that are in place now.

parity

There are a lot of factors, like having pretty equally talented owners, differences in injury percentages among leagues, age of the league, etc....

From the looks of things I don't expect our league to be cracking many top 10 lists any time soon.

From the looks of things I don't expect our league to be cracking many top 10 lists any time soon. The IHOF is loaded with 10-6 through 8-8 teams this season. 18 of 32 teams were in that group. Factor in the three 7-9 teams and 2/3rd of the league is within a 3-win margin of each other.

BTW, maybe the margin of victory or single-game team interception records set this season may have had a shot had those been recorded by the records book site.

I think part of it is the pace of the league as well. The Imperial FL is my favorite league because I have plenty of time to game plan for a big game. The competition has plenty of time as well which means that some teams are doing much more with their talent than others. I have learned much about the game from my offense their because with no true stars, and starting three straight rookie QBs, you learn to game plan towards the strength of your players.

The IHOF on the other hand has a faster pace, so I tend to let things ride when they are working. I look and see what the opponent likes to do, but I do not have the time to gameplan each of my games like I did for the NPL game (which my (I mean Bucc's) team still deserved to win dang it! :D). I think this helps level teams out, and means more parity across the league.

Not sure if you wait until a season is done for a league to update all records that league may have set, but figured I would throw this out since it just happened today.

In the Imperial League, Newark Bulldogs' rookie running back Alan Crespo just broke our single game rushing record. He gained 298 yards against Dakota Spirit.

edit: that should make him #2 on the single game rushing list.

I never saw this, I will get you the Newark logo later today. Also, you have Crespo and Newark being part of the NFLFO, instead of the correct Imperial League.

Also, with are '05 regular season ending a couple weeks ago, Crespo finished he year with 2106 yards rushing, good enough for #7 on the season list.

RB Jacques Crosby of Reno got 18 rushing TD's, puts him tied for fourth on the season list.

Our '05 Champ should be named on Sunday so I will fill you in on that then.

Go Pack Go!

I don't care if I am not even in a league, a win by the Packers is always a good thing. :D

If it is not too difficult, you might want to add owner/GM wins and winning percentage.

I’m now back at work after two months at home with my 8-month old daughter. That gives me a chance to update the “Solecismic Front Office Football MP Hall of Fame” again.

It will take a few days until I get thru all the new stats but I started with the Multi Player Champions as the new league might need that info.

I have a few questions I hope somebody can help me with:

What have happened to the Summit Football League (SFL)?

The name of the Dynasty Football League L.A. Admirals GM?

Name of the NFL Front Office Seahawks GM?

I’m afraid it will be very difficult and I will need a lot of help from the league Commissioners. All the info I use in the SFOFMPHoF is available on the different leagues homepages. It’s impossible for me to know when an owner/GM have taken over a team and what wins and winning percentage belong him

Can I ask somebody from the Golden Era Football League (GEFL) to check if there are any qualifiers for the SFOFMPHoF after your first season?
