I started pretty much only rookies for the majority of year--at the end I got lazy and let the mentors start.

Amazingly, Ross did not win offensive rookie of the year. Nor did his #1 receiver who did win 1st team:
Receiving Pos Targ Catch Yards Y/Ctc Y/Tar Drop TD
81 H. Daniels WR 191 116 1676 14.45 8.77 11 13

I don't know what happened here. The team should have been vastly improved. Bizarrely, if I'd won one more game I would have made the playoffs as the #4 seed(best team in division went 6-10).

I don't think I'm going to continue this dynasty, though--Jerome Ross only played 13 games before suffering career threatening injury and I'm not in the mood for a "challenge."
M. Baker is a 3rd round rookie backup 27/43.
What was the cohesion like?

40's to 60's. Keeping the same mentors helped on that front somewhat.
