It is funny. I get votes because of little things like this because they are supposed wolf screw ups and I never turn up a wolf.

If you are playing a game via message board, then yes, you have to realize that every thing you say can, will and should be taken as fair game for analysis.......whether it is a slip of the fingers or not.

What I was asking you to do was to explain the comment a little more for me, because even if we set aside the I/we thing it came off as curious: You are saying in that clip that if everything stays as it is with the three-way standoff between you, Lathum and I that there is no way you can be on the winning side. That didn't make sense to me, none of us are lynched yet....if you are the wolf though then it does make a little more sense.

He included you as elevated trust I believe because a) he liked your analysis of the Blade move day 1; and b) the fact that you were nearly the only one early who was putting a lot of stuff out there.

Here's my breakdown:
I know I'm good.

DC -- we know she started off good. If there was a conversion there'd be two wolves. Plus she's never been a wolf and I would expect a change in her style if she was converted (we all have had to deal with that the first time we're bad).

Spleen -- There is absolutely no reason, if Spleen is bad, that you are still alive. Give me a reason that he kills both Barkeep and Saldana ahead of you (and don't use the setup ploy, it fails Occam's Razor). You are the one that has been vocal against Spleen from day 2, not Barkeep and Saldana. If Spleen is bad, he kills you as the main voice against him, kills DC the next night and then pushes for me as being bad for being UTR.

Good game by Lathum. I thought he was done when Jeeber was banned. The funny thing at that point was that he had just found out that Jeeber could do a conversion. :)

couple things,

1. enjoying the game...this was an excellent ruleset for me to end my hiatus with, so thanks alot for asking me in.

2. i am a little miffed about the 10 minute night phase last night. the deadlines in this game have not been on the button every time like they are in some games because of your real life schedule, which is totally understandable, but to run a 10 minute cycle without announcing it or having the players agree to it is kind of unfair to anyone that is unable to be on the board at exactly the deadline. because i was busy at home last night and not on at 10, you resolved the cycle and killed me at 1008 without giving me a chance to lay out my case against lathum. i should have had the entire night phase to attack him and most likely win the game for the villagers. he knows i had him pegged (literally, he knows, thats why he killed me, i talked to him last night) and i could have proven it to the other easily, but instead i am dead and cant do shit except watch him con everyone and win the game.

end of bitching, and in case you were wondering, i am pming you about this because i wont criticize another GM in the thread....i know how hard it is to run these games, and like i said first, overall, i enjoyed this one very much.
He's quite right in the fact that I accelerated timelines without warning to the players. I'm sorry for that and if I could do it over, I'd stick to the timelines as much as possible. The reason why I did that was mostly for convenience on my part. Work has been a little hectic and I was worried about posting results late (like I did for Day 2 I believe). It's a good lesson learned as a GM and I'm putting it out there for you future rookie GMs. :)

Terrific game by Lathum - I'm in awe of his ability to pull this off when he has been a wolf in so many games recently. The tendency is to think he is a wolf again because he was a wolf last time, and the time before, and the time before. And it is really tough to keep coming up with variation on bad guy play to not get predictable. All in all, I think this is his strongest performance and that is saying something with what I have seen with some of his previous bad guy turns.
