Werewolf CLIX- Haunted Hotel

It is time to go on a vacation to the famous Hotel California. Everyone knows that it is a lovely place but not everyone know that it is also infested with ghouls and goblins. Unfortunately you ended up staying at the hotel when the most paranormal activity was going on. Now the hotel has been locked down by the ghosts and the only way to escape is trying to figure out which of your fellow hotel goers have been possessed by a ghost.

Ghosts win when they reach 1 to 1 ratio.
Vacationers win when they eliminate all of the wolves.

Strange things have been happening ever since you have arrived to the scenic Hotel California. It seemed like such a lovely place but unfortunately things took a turn for the worse the last couple of nights. First you had been waking up in the middle of the night feeling like there is a set of eyes watching you. Then your showers where all on and you heard some strange voice singing. Then the piano in the ballroom started playing all by itself. It must be ghosts!

Finally having enough of the creepy happenings you decided to check out only to find that the doors and windows were locked. Then a voice appeared over a loud speaker telling everyone that the only way to get out of the hotel is to find who in your vacation group has been possessed by Baron Von Baron the original owner of the hotel.

"A fun little game, because it is so boring here without playing!"

Who is possessed by the ghosts? Who is Baron Von Baron? Why did this vacation go south so quickly? You will only find out by finding the ghosts!

We have had poor luck with killing rolled villagers D1. I am a vanilla villager. Should we not want to risk lynching a rolled villager I will voulenteer to be the lynch candidate tonight.

Now the downside is we will not kill a wolf and the vote history could be effected. The upside is it guarentees our rolled villagers aren't lynched/ outed.

If the cultist knows who the wolves are, yes. Which, I just checked, and he does, so I guess that is true. HOwever, I think my point stands, that we can't chase exclusively after "wolf saving votes". IN a big game, we often chase down several false leads before finding anything real. The chances that any few votes in a game this size were wolf-saves is very small, so we can't simply work our way down the list.

Yeah, I did that yesterday, Narc, vote early, but I'm not really sure where I want to go today. Day two is when I start getting some inklings from people's posts, so I'm hoping something strikes me.

Like I said, a little over the top to do that, but there is little else to go on. I think three wolves/wolfish peeps (wolves plus cultist) is enough of a percentage of "negative voters" that analysis could still come in useful.

If you're talking specifically about yesterday's vote, it doesn't matter if yesterday's vote meant anything to the wolves. What matters is that future analysis may nab a wolf, and you are suggesting we not do analysis.

Meh. Seems like every game we say "yeah we ought to get rid of the quiet players because it's impossible to get a read on them". Like I said last game I always read Lathum as villager. I know his schedule isn't helpful but this game he's hardly posted anything. He makes his "Everyone vote me" pitch on day one. He's got to know that he's likely to get heat because, like mau, he has won twice as a wolfie. But this way he makes sure people don't look at him - reasonable pyschology to work out that people aren't going to vote for someone asking for it. Then he can just sail through the rest of the game because of it.

Packer is playing awfully tentative so far this game and has placed two very early votes for villagers and stuck with it. He also had a vote on him yesterday and garnered no support at all. I am going to go there for now and at least see how he reacts and what develops.

Ill be heading back to bed soon and expect I will not be very active tomorrow until an hour before deadline as I have two meetings after the school day tomorrow. I do have a couple hours to finish my report so I will likely check in periodically while doing that.
