Trouble brewing? Conflicting philosophies among staff....

Hi guys, just upgraded to FOF8, still plenty to explore but I need your help/advice on my staff. My HC is a 43 Under guy but the DC loves running a 34 Eagle defense. With my first MP draft coming up I'm wondering which philosophy is leading when it comes to evaluating and drafting players? If I'm looking for a DE should a take a bigger/run stuffer 34 DE or a smaller/faster 43 DE?
Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Perfect, just the answer I was hoping for!! Is there an added bonus if both have the same philosophy?
