Now i know that my best midfielder does have good experience. before the experience change he was avg 3 stars, so it wasnt much of a jump. And most of my other players have similiar secondaries, so Im just not sure why they dont perform as well as I think they should. Maybe my expectations of a 3 star middie are a bit lower than in reality.

here is what I have

Training general should bump up star rating, but not by much. 1/2 to 1 star probably.

Experience aside, your 30 year old midfielder has the appropriate level of stamina for an inner midfielder. Forslind, Elias and Bolonha all have mediocre stamina for an inner midfielder. You should be able to get at least a 1/2-star bump once you get their stamina up to par. You should be able to wring out another 1/2-star by playing them offensive (or defensive), ESPECIALLY Elias with his passing. I'd put him on the same side as your best winger to maximize your attack on that wing.

Stamina, Stamina, Stamina

Your younger guys with passable stamina would gain 1/2 star with excellent stamina, maybe a liitle more. Train 1 week of stamina and you'll be shocked at the improvement. I had the same problem 4 weeks ago. Then i got all my 3 starters up to solid stamina from passable. I saw a huge improvment in my midfield rating and stars.

yes, and most of the players have been played other than normal, but I havent seen a change in their stars. I will look more closely though. Im not really that worried, since its the end of the season, and I have no chance to promote. I plan to train stamina for 2 weeks in the offseason.

I'd concur with the others - those star ratings seem right to me. Stamina training should do the trick.
