A little bored waiting for the poker tourney. I'll start. A few notes first, though. I moved some of the ratings responsibilities around based on my opinions of the real life situation. And I added a category for S&C coach. And I'm using congeniality strictly as a recruiting ability measurement since I'm not privy to coaching block allocation within the program. ;)
