I'm sitting at my computer this afternoon, and outside my window I hear a strange noise - someone raking leaves. so, I open up the curtain and look out to see that it IS someone raking leaves...from the neighbor's yard behind myself onto a small section of my own yard. this section of my yard is on the back of my property, and is where I store discarded brush and stuff...and apparantly this asshole was going to take advantage of the fact that only 1 of my windows overlooks it and save himself a few lawn bags.

uh-uh.

I go outside, grab my mail to make it look all nonchalant and stuff, and quietly head on towards the leaf guy. he doesn't hear me coming, and so I get to watch him for a few minutes before I finally surprised the hell out of him by saying "what the heck are you doing?" I think he was taken by surprise - he started muttering about "just piling the leaves to make it easier" and such. I just gave him a "uh-huh" and turned and walked away. It was pretty obvious that he wasn't piling leaves, he was hiding them - but I decided not to make a big deal about it. Mostly, I just wanted to stop him before he put more there, and to let him know that he was totally busted for doing something stupid.
