He's actually hosts a show in Pittsburgh from 4 to 7 PM on ESPN Radio 1250, although yesterday he had a heart attack while coaching a hockey game in Reading. He is in stable condition now.

yep. that dude (the party host) is dressed as me, actually.

almost everyone there was dressed up, at least for most of it. the girl in the sweatshirt was a beer wench, but had some wardrobe malfunction. I was kind of surprised, because some of the people who go can be kind of lame, and I knew I certainly was going to go all out, but everyone really got into the spirit of it. the only one who's really not dressed up was my boss (black sweater and glasses) and her husband.

Ok, so my question is this...where is said party taking place? It looks like a scene from Fight Club.

And I agree with Hurst... the first thing I thought was Amstel Light? I was thinking PBR and Natty Bo would be good contenders.

the pictures don't really do it justice. it's the basement of Avalanche guy and hippy girl's house, and it's actually got a lot of cool stuff - 2 poker tables, a beer die table, a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, a slot machine, a basketball hoop thing and, of course, the chocolate fondu nipple dipper fountain. ping pong table too, but that was not in use.

it just so happens that those pictures captured all the cluttered corners of the basement.

for the record, I think the Amstel was an old empty. I'd say the crowd is more a Coors Light/Sam Light group. I personally was mostly drinking Pina Coladas mixed in with kamikazee shots, jello shots and buttery nipples.
