Me: "You go straight, turn left at the light, then right at the next light. You'll see it on your left."
Stranger: "So this way two blocks, then right?"
Me: "No, straight this way til the light - then turn left. Then right at the next light."
Stranger: "Ok, so left, then through the light, then right?"
Me: "No, straight this way (pointing), then left at THAT LIGHT THAT YOU CAN SEE, then right at the next light."
Stranger: "I'm sorry, I don't understand, what road is this that I'm on?"

This is the other one I like:
Stranger: "Which way is the plaza?"
Me (pointing): "That way, about 5 blocks. Turn left on either San Francisco or Palace."
Stranger: "No, the plaza is the other way."

You should have said: "Go straight ahead. Make a right at the light. Make another right at the next light. The next light after that make a right. Then finally, make another right."

When I used to work at Disney World, I would get guests asking me "What time is the 3 o'clock parade?" all the time.
No kidding.

I absolutely believe you. I bet that wasn't even the stupidest question you ever got.

WTF is up with Winnie the Pooh. When he signed his "autograph" for my daughter, he signed "POOH". That's like me signing things "HUMAN".

Funny thing is that my best friend growing up, was Goofy for part of the summer of '95. You have to be at least 6'2" to play Goofy.
I worked there during the summers of 1994 and 1995 while going to KVCC. I have lots of family in Florida, and lived there off and on for 9 years when I was young. The first summer, I worked in stroller and wheelchair rental near the gate, and the second summer, I worked cashier at the Columbia Harbor House in Liberty Square. Not very exciting, but a whole hell of a lot of fun.

The edited for television version is even better.
"Excuse me, could you please tell me how to get back on the expressway?"
"What do I look like? Christopher Columbo?"

Then the expressway question.
Isn't it actually two different stops in East St Louis? The first one is the "f--- yo momma" one, and then he pulls up to a different guy and goes through the "what it is bro" routine with the guy who turns out to be from Chicago.
