I have a new found respect for the folks at elicense/viatech... Sunday night, I was DL'ing FOF2k4 on a second laptop at home and it said that I didn't have any licenses remaining. So I figured great I won't get to play until after work on Tuesday, because Monday is a holiday. Well, to my surprise I had a response from them this morning, a holiday! Wow, I give them a thumbs up.

I was one to complain about the whole e-license thing, but I have no complaints anymore...

Even not being perfect, they are the best online licensing company for sure. Their support is usually fast and i love that you can license/unlicense games anytime you want and even if you run out of licenses because a mistake, they issue a new one so fast. Can't say the same about softwrap or other companies.

Before I left for an extended stay in Biloxi, I loaded FOF onto my laptop and had the same problem. I shot them an e-mail that night and the next morning I was setting up my MP leagues on FOF.

They are so prompt it's almost scary. I feel like they have been checking their e-mail for years just to help me out.

It's not often you find any kind of company like that these days.

I've never understood people who've complained about elicense myself. The times I've had to use them, they've been extremely prompt and efficient.
