People oftan get critical of coaches who get their team to the playoffs consistantly but never win a Super Bowl. Do you think Andy Reid deserves criticism for only getting the Eagles to the Super Bowl once, and losing it, in many playoff appearences over the last several years? On the same note, McNabb has developed a reputation for underperforming in big games. Do you think he is the QB that will get the Eagles a Super Bowl win, or do you think it's time for the Eagles to atleast start looking at the possibility of replaceing him?

I used to know someone who was a psych major in grad school and met a lot of her fellow students. And some of them, to put in bluntly, were really dumb and pretty messed up. Were there any people who made it through grad school with you that made you worried that they were going to do more harm to people than good? Or do you think that all of those people are eventually weeded out of the system by the time you get through grad school?
